Goa Tourism to host Goa Food & Cultural Festival 2025

The stage is set for the much-anticipated Goa Food & Cultural Festival 2025, scheduled from January 3rd to 5th, 2025, at Costa/Dukle Properties, Margao. Organised by the Department of Tourism, this three-day festival promises an unforgettable journey through Goa’s rich culinary heritage, vibrant cultural performances, and artistic expressions.

Grand Inauguration on January 3rd

The festival will commence on January 3rd, graced by the presence of dignitaries including:

  • Mr. Pramod Sawant, Chief Minister of Goa
  • Mr. Rohan A Khaunte, Minister for Tourism, IT, E&C
  • Mr. Digambar Kamat, MLA – Margao Constituency

The inauguration will feature a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, felicitations of prominent personalities, and a welcome dance performance, setting the tone for an exciting weekend. Attendees can enjoy an enthralling lineup of performances, including:

Day 2: January 4th – Showcasing Talent and Artistic Diversity

The second day will shine a spotlight on budding talent and Goa’s artistic vibrancy. Highlights include:

  • A performance by Konkani duet singers
  • A dance act by the Goan Image Dance Troop
  • A dynamic performance by Samruddh and Vibha with their troupe
  • Comedy by Saidutt Kamat
  • A high-energy musical set by the band Lace

Day 3: January 5th – Celebrating Goa’s Cultural Spirit

The final day of the festival will be a celebration of Goa’s cultural and artistic spirit. Key highlights include:

  • A dazzling performance by Rajesh and Gautami with their troupe
  • A soulful session by Nishi Singh and her musicians
  • A humorous mimicry act by Manohar Bhingi
  • A captivating dance performance by the Goan Image Dance Troop

The festival will conclude with a grand finale performance by the band Purple Rain, leaving visitors with lasting memories of Goa’s unique charm and energy.
